In today’s live coaching session, I’m supporting my former client Ali to address her inner-critic and shift any stagnant energy that’s causing her to self-sabotage. We covered how the negative dialogue in our mind can get in the way of taking action and hold us back from our career, relationship, and health goals. We discuss how this critical and harsh self-talk feels in her body, and work together to cultivate more self-compassion and unconditional love. There’s part of Ali that feels really excited and expanded by coaching, but she also feels scared to follow her soul calling. She says that she feels worried about not making major strides forward and doing things that really stretch her in her business. I guide Ali through a breathing and visualization practice to help her gain clarity around what’s stopping her from trusting her inspiration and taking bold actions. After Ali is able to quiet some of her spiraling thoughts, we brainstorm ways to be more proactive than reactive through her daily rituals. Ali leaves the session feeling ready to let go of the things that are draining her and focus on what lights her up, like coaching and ceramics! Tune in to hear our live coaching session and the beautiful takeaways that Ali left with.
