The Berne Podcast with Dr. Sam Berne - Ein Podcast von Dr. Sam Berne - Holistic Eye Health

This episode answers questions related to natural ways for controlling the pupil, what to do when you have several eye conditions, what to do if you have cataracts and autoimmune disease, Central Retinal Vein Occlusion, and what to use instead of the MSM drops. Question 1 0:44 - 10:18 Do you have exercises or other natural ways of healing for the pupil of my right eye?  It does not close and too much light comes in now. Thank you! Question 2 10:18 - 17:49 I'm a little stumped about how to proceed. I have about 5 different eye issues and had combined the programs to try to do them all. I ended up getting sick and was unable to continue while being sick. I decided that was too much so I am starting with dry eyes and Sjogren’s disease. I also can only focus one eye at a time, I have astigmatism, I wear reading glasses, and I have been diagnosed with cataracts.  Where should I start? With his exercises, I have been challenged by his yin yang exercise because my eyes don't work together since a surgery at age three.  How do I make it work for me? Question 3 17:49 - 23:51 Good morning Dr. Sam. I have been following you for a while.   I have an autoimmune disease, and I am experiencing dry eye problems, plus I feel a cataract starting in my right eye. My current eye doctor wants to give me medications but I had a reaction to it.   I had two optic auras in the past 2 evenings without headache. Should I go back to the eye doctor?  I also carry the prothrombin gene mutation for clotting disorder. I take an enzyme for that. Are there side effects to the MSM drops that I am taking.  My history includes that my dad had glaucoma. Thank you for any advice you can give me. Question 4 23:51 - 27:38 I have been diagnosed with Central and Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion. Will Krill oil help? Question 5 27:38 - 31:39 I was using your MSM drops, but they have been discontinued. Do the cataract eye drops with cineraria replace it? Can they be used if you don't have cataracts? I have dry eyes and have been trying to find a healthy eye drop. Also, I take L- glutathione (3000mg) in a gut supplement although that won't be forever. Is your glutathione the same as L-glutathione? Would it be safe to use both?
