The Berne Podcast with Dr. Sam Berne - Ein Podcast von Dr. Sam Berne - Holistic Eye Health

This episode answers questions related to dry eyes, floaters, astigmatism, myopia, eye exercises, floaters, flashes, recovering from corneal surgery, and the importance of iron for eye health. Question 1 0:00 - 5:48 Hello, I'm wondering... is there a set of exercises you recommend if someone like me has multiple conditions? I have Dry Eye, Floaters, Red eyes, Astigmatism, and Myopia.” I wonder if doing everything suggested each day for each exercise would be a bit too much for me to get into the habit of doing. Question 2 5:49 - 11:57 Hello, my husband has these little pallets or bumps on the corner and one on his eyelid. He went into the eye doc and he gave him a steroid shot in the area. (NOT FUN) They went away but have returned. We really try and do things holistically but do not have a holistic eye person around us. Is there something else he should take internally to try and clear this up? Question 3 11:57 - 16:05 Hello Dr. Berne.... I thank you for your response to my last question. I hate to bother you again but I went to my cornea transplant specialist. He says that the transplant is losing cell count and I am wondering if using the MSM drops as you suggested will help fix that in any way? If you have any other suggestions please let me know I appreciate it. Question 4 16:05 - 20:38 Hello, Dr. Berne! Firstly, I’d like to say that you’re doing a great job. I watched your videos and found for myself very interesting information. Also, I’d like to ask your opinion about the iron. I’ve heard that normal level of iron in the body is one of the most important things for vision. Could you please share your thoughts about it? Question 5 20:38 - 26:43 Dr. Berne, I have flashers when looking into the light. This is from cataract surgery/infection, I had on Aug 24th of this year. I still cannot read with that eye due to debris/floaters. WHY flashers? Is there a chance they will stop? I must wear a patch now to avoid the constant interruptions of flashers.
