How can I help you? What's what's going on? What do you need? Well, in this past year, you know, everything even more of everything has been on Zoom. And so I need to get my blue blockers but the reason I haven't gotten the ones you are selling is because I think they're those heavier frames and I just need to go out and shop and go get my little barely frame to re frames. Yeah, and I need to go, I need to know where to go here because I have no idea I need to get my other glasses straightened. I'm still not wearing glasses while driving, except at night. But I do feel like I'm getting to sort of an edge. Um, so my vision has definitely been affected. So I am feeling more blur. I'm experiencing that maybe I have more astigmatism. I am concerned that maybe the tiny little cataract that you saw last time might have grown there's a little bit of night night thing with the light. But you know, I for me, this is lifetime work, Sam, I am also healing my brain of my chaos, my trauma, my disorganization, because I, I didn't astrologically get configured with a lot of energy that can organize things, right? Not to excuse it. I'm just I'm just working with it for me. I'm working my soul. Hmm. So this is so level stuff for me. Like, if the eyes are the windows of the soul, hey, I'm, I'm on this gospel train. And no. There you go. And and, and I noticed that I still have fear about seeing. Clearly there's still fear, sometimes not. But a lot of times I experienced that that restriction is still there. And the birth trauma thing. I have done more work on that. And that's significant. And I would say what Marsha went through. That's significant. I had a colleague in my my cranial sacral, my biodynamic cranial sacral work. When we did breath work, that same thing happened to her. That same experience with the Catholic doctors. And, and it's, I just encourage you Marsha to I'll be I'm there for you. I'm there for you. And there's a lot of things you can do to undo that. Yeah. So all right. So let's first of all, let's talk about the cataract. Because some of you there's a guy I don't think he's on the call today. His name's Ron. See Ron is on. Yeah, he is okay. Who's also asked me about cataract. So I have seen people reverse cataracts. But here's the deal. It's not a linear take this and it will give you that result. Especially with the lens of the eye because the lens is very sensitive to sugar. And the the medical term is called glycation What that means is the glucose molecule attaches to the protein molecule of the lens and this can start to create cataract formation. And so the ingredients of glutathione vitamin C and acetylcysteine lutein Xanthine and asters, Anthon, vitamin A zinc, bilberry.
