I actually did a video blog on this and it was one of my highest watched videos because people couldn't believe that the American Academy of ophthalmology, actually was reporting on a study that said that if you increase your vitamin C, you reduce the risk of developing cataracts by 33% 1/3, just by increasing vitamin C. And I have a couple of really good sources of vitamin C so that you would take it systemically and there's also an eyedrop that has vitamin C in it, which is amazing. They would actually come up with an eyedropper that has both glutathione and vitamin C in it. So I'm going to give you that company in a little bit. And is probably one of the best eye drops out there for reversing cataracts. Alright, I'm going to stop my share now. And let's see if I can go back to full screen. So any questions or comments? Somebody is asking what should the levels of glutathione in the body meaning what range and a blood test? Well, you're looking somewhere between three to 500 milligrams a day of lithium. I mean, if you want to get really aggressive about it, you can do both like, you could do an IV glutathione, although the glutathione doesn't stay in the body quite as long when you're doing an IV glutathione. And in terms of the eye drop, you're getting one to two drops in your eyes three times a day. So I think a combination of a sublingual glue to tie on and increasing the glutathione that you get from foods is really helpful. Now in terms of vitamin C, the recommended dose is somewhere between one to 2000 milligrams a day. And you can either use a buffered vitamin C or again you can use a sublingual liposomal. And we know that both glutathione and vitamin C are great immune boosters and in the current climate around this virus, boosting vitamin C levels and glutathione levels make really good sense as a proactive preventative way of boosting your overall immune health. Somebody is asking Will you continue to use the cataract eyedrops forever or until cataracts go away? Once cataracts have gone away, you can discontinue using these eye drops. Usually, I find that this is about a three-month intensive treatment cycle that you go through in being able to reverse the cataract. Can you use the eye drops while you're using contact lenses? The answer to that is yes. However, if you're going to do the eye drops three times a day and if you've got moderate to severe cataracts I would definitely do three times a day and I would do both eyes. It's better to have the contact lenses out because more of the eye drops is going to penetrate into the eye without the contact lens in. Now one of the historical forms somebody had asked their doctor would the doctor prescribe something called dm so
