This is a show that offers cutting edge information on how to improve your vision and overall wellness through holistic methods. I so appreciate you spending part of your day with me. If you have questions, you can send them to [email protected]. Now to the latest EyeClarity episode. So I see here you've got some floaters and spots. The first thing I would suggest in terms of the spots and the floaters would be to try the MSM drops, the MSM eyedrops are drops that I have created that can sometimes help reduce spots and floaters. Now the thing is, is that there are two percentages, there's a 5%, and there's a 15%, the 15% stays, and the 5% doesn't stain, but it doesn't work quite as well. It just depends on your tolerance level, if you feel like you want to, you know, go for the 15%. If you want to do that, when you put them in your eyes, they're going to sting for a few seconds, and then it goes away. And the reason why the the drops staying is because it's opening up the blood vessels a little more. If you truly want to get rid of your floaters, the 15%, MSM would probably be the way to go. And I can coach you through how to reduce the burning, so that you get the benefits of the 15%. And you're able to manage the burning and it's not bad. But it does sting a little bit when you put it in your eyes. If you don't want to do the burning, then we could start with the 5%. So what do you think you would like in terms of where you'd like to start, 02:28 I guess 02:30 5% 5%. Okay, so now I'm going to give you some directions on how to get the most out of the 5%. And you know, you may need to watch this session again. So I'll go into that, the first thing you want to do is, when you're using the 5%, it's important to wash your hands and make sure your hands are clean. And then you're going to lie down. So you're like gravity do the work, and you are lying down and we take the drop, or you put a few drops in the corner of each die. So you wash your hands, you lie down, you take the bottle, and you put a drop in the corner of each eye, the eyes remain closed, and then you spread the drops along the eyelashes. I don't know if you can see that. And then you massage was circles around the eyes, eyelids, and then you open your eyes. So you do have maybe about five to 10 seconds, you just put one drop in each eye. Yeah. And then you spread it. Okay, and then you open your eyes. And you do that before bed and in the morning when you wake up. And then there's another technique you can use called the eye massage. Now this one's a little different. You first wash your hands lie down again, your eyes are closed. And this time you run the drops along the eyelashes back and forth a few times. So you're gonna get like a puddle of MSM and the eye sockets. Now the second option, the one I just shared with you, you're going to get a lot more eyedrops into your eye than the first one. The first one helps reduce inflammation in the eyelids. And it also improves the health of the eyelids so that the glands are able to work better and produce the tears that you need to lubricate the eyes. So the massage can be done once or twice a day. And then the third Well, I would say those are the two the eye The eye bath and the eye massage.
