And I know many of you who've had eye exams have not been happy with your eye doctor. So hopefully today's visit will be more uplifting better. You know, it's interesting about when you go to an eye doctor. Usually you keep going every year, and he or she keeps saying things are getting worse. And there's never a talk that things are getting better. If you think about it, if you went to a misuse or a chiropractor, and you kept going to them and they kept saying, well, things are getting worse, or you felt they were getting worse. You probably wouldn't go back. I mean, why would you want to, but for some reason, and I care. Not only is it the norm that you go back, and things are getting worse. But there's never any talk that things could get better. And you've heard me on many of my video blogs where I talk about how people go for an exam and they're told they have the whole list here. floaters retinal holes, eye aches, that night vision issues, light sensitivity, blepharitis, glaucoma, progressive myopia, whatever it is, and you ask the question, Doctor, is there anything that I can do to make it better? We got down, thank you, let's make sure 02:25you make sure you're on number, 02:28get some time, 02:30which we are receiving. 02:36Okay, make sure you're on mute so that we aren't distracting each other. It's really important. All right, we're going to continue. So anyways, you're you're at my office. And in our office, what's kind of cool is people will come in, and they'll have blurred vision or some kind of a symptom. And I'll do my exam. And I'll say something like, you know, you're actually Your eyes have actually gotten better. And your prescription has gotten less, or your cataract is going away, or whatever it is. And people are shocked. Because we never ever think that if we do have a symptom, that it means that things have gotten better, we always go to the place. Oh, my goodness, things must have gotten worse. Well, in my office, most of my patients got better, and still get better. And so, I asked them, well, what are you doing? And they might say something like, well, I'm doing counseling, I'm getting acupuncture. They're doing some consciousness expanding experience. And so, they then put it together that well if I if I do my healing on my body, on my mind, on my spirit, that I can improve my eyesight. So that's why my approach being a whole-body experience is super important. Alright, so the big question I get all the time. I get this all the time. Why do our eyes let us down? I have a whole list of feedback from your questionnaires. Nobody on their said Well, I'm really happy where my eyes are. I just want to be proactive. Everybody has a diagnosis. So, what's going on. So, the eyes need a lot of oxygenation and hydration. They're made of tiny blood vessels all the back of the eye is a sea of micro capillaries.
