He had a history of a retinal detachment. He's got myopia, and in this session, we touch on many different things. Some include what would be the best prescription for him, he wears contacts, and he wears glasses. And so that getting over the fear, I think was very transformative for me during that visit. And the second thing was allowing the peripheral vision to be active. So being aware of the peripheral vision while still having a focus. I think those two things, and then you gave me a few coordination, like neurodevelopment, crawling exercises, and a few others that I did for six months, I don't remember how long but I did the whole range. And I think I was overall stable. I was wearing low prescription glasses, I think negative for on my left and the right just to balance it. And then over the few years whenever I had I did maybe worse once I checked myself my eyes and that right...
