So today I'm going to take a question from Julie 52 years old, she's been following me a long time. She says that my methods have definitely improved her vision and she wants to read smaller texts now so what do I suggest? Well, number one, I would make sure you're getting enough of the eye nutrients that I talked about. And the trace mineral magnesium is really important for the eye muscles. It's great for all the muscles heart, immune system, where most of us are deficient in magnesium. So make sure you're getting about 500 milligrams a day of magnesium including that your eye nutrients your vitamin A your your carotid noids, lutein, zeaxanthin and Astra Xanthan, your omega threes bilberry, taurine, gingko. Now in addition, making sure you're getting enough healthy fats, omega threes, hydrating your eyes with the MSM 5% eye drops, four to six times a day also really helpful. Now, the eye exercise that I suggest or recommend, is using the opposite lens prescription called the minus lens to blur. You can't get that everywhere, but you can get it on my webstore for sure. And what you do is in the exercise, you get a baseline of your eyesight, you put the blurry glasses on, this is an opposite lens prescription than what regular magnification glasses are. So it's going to give your eye muscles more tone. When we wear a magnification lens. It reduces the tone the muscle tone in our eye tissue. So that's why we need more and more magnification. So in this particular scenario, you're going to wear the minus lens to blur two to three minutes, three or four times a day. And you'll notice that as you start wearing the minus lens, and you take it off, your eye muscles are going to see things more clearly up close. Now I would combine that exercise with my yin yang peripheral vision game that's on my website, and it's called the Yin Yang peripheral vision exercise. printout that chart, you're going to do a soft focus exercise through the minus lens to blur. Now when you add the lens to the eye muscle exercise, it's like wearing ankle weights running up a hill. You do that a few times. And then the last time you run up the hill, you take the ankle weights off and you notice oh my goodness, my legs feel so light and so supple so strong. So that's where you're combining the minus lens to blur with the eye exercise the Yin Yang peripheral vision. And if you do those things, you have a really good chance to be able to read that small text. So Julie, thank you so much for the question. That's our show for today. I want to thank you so much for tuning in. Take care everybody. Thank you for listening. I hope you learned something from the EyeClarity podcast show today.
