So I'm going to take questions we've got questions have been sent in from listeners on Instagram, LinkedIn, tick tock. And if you've got a question, feel free to type it here on Facebook and I will do my best to answer it. So my first question this is from a listener on Tik Tok. He says, what can you do for your eyes and vision when they are aging? Yes, we're all in that aging process. But I tend to look at aging as we get older we get better. And with all the screen time we're using people are more concerned about their eyes and vision than ever before. We want to keep our vision healthy and strong. So how do we do that? Well, I think it starts with our diet. So eating a plant based diet, think of the rainbow colored vegetables. You know is it the co op today and I was shopping for some kale salad and I bought some red and orange bell peppers, some cucumbers and celery. Got some anti inflammatory influences there with cucumber and celery. I like it tomato and some carrots. Of course I'm getting organic, non GMO. You can also get this at the farmers markets, especially on the weekend. So think of the orange foods those are really good for your macula. They act like a pair of sunglasses so you know if you're going to do the root vegetables right now yams, sweet potatoes, carrots. You can make a nice vegetable soup if you want to. In any event, think rainbow red, orange, yellow green. And you can also add BERRIES BERRIES are very good high in antioxidants. Great for retina health retina circulation.
