I'm doing some mountaineering up in the snow. We just had a great snowfall. And I want to talk to you about dry eye. And again, we're 2023 and this is my newest information. I've been working with dry eye for over three decades, tried a lot of different things. And today, I want to give you my newest and best information. So the first thing to know about dry eye is that most people do suffer some dryness. And they have suffered some dryness, either because of endocrine imbalances, or just extended uses usage on screen time. Our digital devices today are drying us out and couple that with environmental toxicities, stress and our speeded up lifestyle. This is affecting our adrenals our cortisol levels are off the charts. More and more people are having thyroid imbalances, estrogen imbalances, testosterone imbalances, all of these things contribute to dry eye. Now I know when you go to your eye doctor, he's looking at your corneas. He's made looks look at your eyelids, and that's kind of where it stops.
