Well, today I have a tip, if you suffer conjunctivitis, better known as pinkeye. This is an inflammatory disease, that's affecting the inner eyelids of the eye is very contagious. There are reasons why we develop it, it could be bacterial could be viral, it could be allergic, you know, you can go check it out with your eye doctor, get a diagnosis if you want. But today, I want to give you a remedy that works really well. At reversing conjunctivitis, it's very simple. What you're going to do is you're going to get some colloidal silver, and you're going to do one drop in each eye seven times a day. And you're also going to supplement with zinc 20 milligrams a day, so that you're going to have to take by mouth. You want to reduce your screen time, if you've got conjunctivitis, or if you need to be on the screen. Make sure you're protecting yourself against the blue light. You know, another reason why we develop red eyes is because of sleep, we don't get enough sleep. And we could look at deficiencies in things like potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin b1. These are some of the reasons why we might have sleep issues. Obviously, there are many reasons why. One of the things I recommend is stop using your screen time, at least an hour before you go to bed, use blue blockers in the evening. So there's a relationship between sleep and red eyes. Two other things I want to say about you know, when you have red eyes, whether it's conjunctivitis or your eyes are just chronically red. There's obviously the functional, how you use your eyes, if your eyes are under a lot of stress if they're not working together for having focusing issues if you're wearing progressive lenses when you should be wearing a single vision lens. If you're wearing a prescription that's too strong, and you need to tell your eye doctor you know I need to wear something less. But on a kind of supplement level. Two things can be really helpful at reducing red eyes. One is vitamin A, and the others vitamin D. And this is where you could do a supplement of cod liver oil, which could be again very helpful if you're suffering allergies if you're suffering chronic redness. Of course the last thing that I would say that works well topically is using the 5% MSM drops that I that I have. MSM is such a wonderful, soothing, lubricating, moisturizing, moisturizing eyedrops that can be very beneficial. So that's just a short tip today. I want to thank you for tuning in. I wish you all the best and until next time, take care. Thank you for listening. I hope you learned something from the EyeClarity podcast show today.
