The past few years I have been doing alot of shadow work/inner work which has helped me rebuild my life. Working through childhood traumas which have shaped me, but haven't defined me. Abuse on many levels, which led to me abusing myself through drug use, the break down of my toxic marriage, the loss of not having my children living with me and finding myself homeless..... To the rise and rise of me building the life I've always dreamed of and deserve.
