Leigh Barnes started out his career with a passion for digital design that quickly pivoted into software engineering. He has worked all over the globe; Canada, UK, US, and Africa for interesting and innovative companies like Amazon, NASA, and Red Bull. He has founded and managed startups in cloud infrastructure, payment, data processing, and fulfillment industries and, more recently, Leigh’s career has been deeply intertwined with the Shopify partner ecosystem as the CTO of Eight.
