Stepping out from behind the title: leading through authenticity and vulnerability with Niti Nadarajah (ep 84)

Today I’m joined by Niti Nadarajah, a senior in-house lawyer working in Melbourne. But more than being a lawyer, Niti is also a woman, a mother and a human being.   Niti has become an advocate for authenticity and vulnerability, mental health issues and DEI at her workplace and online and it is this aspect of Niti’s many superpowers that I focus on in this interview.
