What is Green Blindness? With Horticulturist Heather Wheatley

Join Janey and Heather Wheatley for a conversation about Green Blindness, a little known term for not knowing the type of plants you’re seeing and more importantly not knowing the role they play in our environment. She’s on a mission to help us understand what knowing about plants can tell us from soil, water quality, history of an area and so much more! They also discuss “biophilia” which is the idea that humans have an innate tendency to connect with nature and other living beings. The term literally translates to "love of life and you’ll love this conversation!
