The World Happiness Report ranks Norway among the happiest nations on the planet. The natives do seem happy as we discovered on a visit. Is it possible in this secular nation with an aging population, high taxes and welfare, and facing a future without oil? We interviewed a young local entrepreneur, Vegard Haveland, at the Startup Extreme Conference in Norway. We later asked Dan Mitchell, Center for Freedom and Prosperity, for his opinion.
