While at university studying Medical Science Caitlin Baker (Such and Such, Venus Vinifera, Canberra) had a dinner at Canberra institution Aubergine which changed her life. Having earnt a part time wage in cafes, she suddenly had an urge to explore a career in the front of house of great restaurants.
