When international workers were left out of the equation by government support Andrea Vignali (Al dente, Melbourne) either had to return hom to Italy or find money fast. He turned to what he knew – making pasta. He got busy in his home kitchen and posted it in Instagram and immediately got a few customers. Before long it snowballed into a full-blown business.
