Gently notice, without judgment, any resistance in letting them go.  PAUSE (10 SEC)... Allow your breath to be your guide.  On each inhale, picture yourself taking in a sense of lightness and peace. On each exhale, release any negativity that's been holding you back. PAUSE (10 SEC)... Allow yourself to be free.  Know that you always have the power to choose how you want to feel, and that it's OK to let go of anything that no longer serves you. PAUSE (10 SEC)... Feel the sense of ease and lightness that comes from being free from negativity. Take a few moments to sit with this sense of peace. PAUSE (20 SEC)... I choose to let go of negative thoughts and emotions. PAUSE (10 SEC)… I choose to let go of negative thoughts and emotions. PAUSE (10 SEC)… I choose to let go of negative thoughts and emotions.
