Because frankly, if you could on your own set low expectations and achieve on your own the use of product of those low expectations. Why do you need someone else in your, in your ear that you're paying to help keep you at your low expectations? You don't need help to do that, you can do bad by yourself. So it's really important that you not ask other people that you're not involved, other people in your story. Unless they expect more of you than you expect of yourself.
