SANCTIFICATION: I'm Pursuing Holiness

To sanctify something means to set it a part for a specific, unique purpose. Paul says now that we are in Christ, we have been set apart from the world and set apart for the purposes of God. In other words, we belong to God, therefore our behavior and actions should reflect that. Paul says that we’re no longer slaves to sin, but slaves to righteousness; therefore, our lives, how we walk and talk, should reflect whose we are. Be both encouraged and challenged by today's Bible study in Romans 6-8.
