Expectation Frustration

It’s very common for us at this stage of our lives to start to become frustrated and discouraged when the plans and expectations we had for our lives go unmet. We think to ourselves – “I thought I’d be married by now, have a family by now, be making this paycheck by now, or have my dream job by now.” What should we do when “expectation frustration” begins to settle in?
