Lela Orr is the Founder of Ferrah Clothing, an Eco-Luxury brand for Women by Women. Lela is a fashion designer in DFW. She is the founder of Ferrah Clothing, an eco-luxury brand for women by women. They are a no waste company. Everything they have is either used or given away to be used for anything else. Whatever they have, they find a use for it.
