100. The Free Coaching Trap

 Today’s episode is extra juicy because I think most of us have had those moments when we feel a potential client slipping away on you because you give too much coaching away for free.   Now, there is a time and place to actually give coaching away for free. Which is a super smart and effective strategy. WHEN you actually use it as a strategy.   But if you’re giving coaching away outside of sales calls, you’re not doing your job.
