Previously she spent many years in the private sector both in consulting and in multinational work. She has an MBA from INSEAD and her BA from Stanford University. She is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of the Capitals Coalition, was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of the Gold Standard Foundation and serves on various advisory committees.
