Advocates for homeless worry people can't access help

The government said its changes to emergency housing are positive - resulting in significantly fewer families living in motels. But advocates for the homeless are worried about the number of vulnerable people who have hit a wall trying to access the help they need. Political reporter Lillian Hanly has more.
