This has shocked me a lot and I have been thinking ever since what I can do to help people in the same situation. At the end I realised, that I cannot change a system where bullying is tolerated. But I can help people to not enter such a system to begin with. We cannot change other people’s behaviour. What we can change though, is our own actions. We might not be able to change our boss but if we learn how to spot a bad boss early, then we can certainly change our life for the better.
