I always thought I was eating healthy, but I realized I was indulging in what I now call "healthy junk food." As a result, I was dealing with bloating, stinky gas, body odor, scoliosis pain, an abdominal hernia, gray hair, and joint inflammation—issues I’ve discovered can improve (and even heal!) with a raw food lifestyle. At the same time, I started an at-home ketamine therapy program through the MindBloom app to work on reducing anxiety and an overthinking mind. It’s been one of the most profound spiritual, physical, and emotional journeys I’ve ever experienced.
