In todays episode I interviewed, Julie Foster, a Born to Coach graduate and Grief Recovery Specialist. Julie holds a Master’s in Education with a focus on Mental Health Counseling from Bridgewater State University.She is a certified Grief Recovery Specialist, trained by the Grief Recovery Institute, and an ICF Level 2 trained Life Coach. Following the loss of her mother to Glioblastoma in 2018, Julie embarked on a healing journey, discovering evidence-based grief recovery strategies she now teaches to others.
