Episode 33: Love Yourself

In episode 33, of Beyond Labels & Limitations, John Graybill talks about love and how important it is especially when you are diagnosed with Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy. John didn't love being him and it started in a seventh grade gym class when his peers made fun of the way he ran. From this mockery he started belittling and berating himself to the point where John lost all love for being him. The discovery John made in his late 20's/early 30's revealed that he had been living his life from a 12 year old's point of view.
