People should return to work if they can't do their jobs from home

'Stay at home' has become 'stay alert' - in England that is. The original key message that has dominated our lives for the past eight weeks remains in place in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland but this morning people living in England are being actively encouraged to return to work, while also being urged to avoid public transport.
