Labour calls for lockdown exit strategy

“We will stop all gatherings of more than two people in public...If you don’t follow the rules the police will have the powers to enforce them.” It is just three weeks since the Prime Minister uttered those words. It feels like a lifetime. It is now clear that the lockdown will continue for at least another three weeks but, as yet, we have no idea when it might end or how or when? Labour's new leader believes that has to change.
