‘Joe Biden doesn’t understand the whole grudge concept’

Senator Ted Kaufman, the head of Joe Biden’s transition team, told Nick Robinson that Mr Biden “doesn’t understand the whole grudge concept’ and Boris Johnson’s relationship with Donald Trump will not be held against him.
