'I'm openly addicted to cold swimming'

Outdoor pools and ponds are closed in lockdown and swimming elsewhere is restricted. But cold water swim obsessives are still getting their fix, as the BBC correspondent Justin Rowlatt found out. When he met one swimmer she admitted she was “openly addicted to cold swimming" and told him about the lengths she was going to, to get the endorphins rush she needs.
