Help with the rising cost of living

Short-term pain relief for the British economy, which some fear will send us back to the 1970s, Chancellor Rishi Sunak has announced a £400 discount on all energy bills as a temporary fix to help measure the cost of living, while also stating that we will get through it. Labour's shadow chancellor, Rachel Reeves, has stated that second homeowners should not receive additional benefits from the energy bill discount, she suggested a longer-term plan was needed to keep household energy costs down.
