Air Wisconsin moving to American American Airlines has contracted regional carrier Air Wisconsin for up to 60 CRJ-200s beginning in March 2023. This is a big switch for Air Wisconsin, which currently operates for United Airlines out of their Chicago and Washington-Dulles hubs. CommutAir CommutAir is giving its pilots substantial pay increases. Both first officers and captains will receive base pay raises as well as yearly bonuses. Oh no Aha! ExpressJet, which had been operating as Aha! declared bankruptcy this week, ceasing all operations less than a year after starting service. Schiphol launches compensation scheme Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport will provide compensation to passengers who were affected by  the airport’s operational difficulties between April and August. Wizz Air Abu Dhabi’s about face Wizz Air Abu Dhabi will no longer resume flights to Moscow, citing “industry supply chain issues.” AmeriBoom with Brett Snyder What is American Airlines planning to do with all the supersonic jets it just ordered? Malaysia Airlines orders A330neo Malaysia Airlines will replace its fleet of ageing A330s with fresh A330neos. Alaska Airlines 737 cowling doors come off The engine cowling doors came off an Alaska Airlines 737 coming out of Seattle earlier this week. Happy Airways wants you Happy Airways wants you(r money). The hopeful airline is launching crowdfunding opportunities. And a lottery. KLM conundrum clarity Someone from KLM took pity on us and got an answer to why the Amsterdam-Doha flights will make a stop in Dubai on the way home.
