This episode is about how we aren't actually suffering from anxiety, we are suffering from ALARM and how we create alarm in ourselves in the first place by forgetting our innocence. When we forget our innocence we begin Judging, Abandoning, Blaming and Shaming (JABS) ourselves which only exacerbates the alarm and then we can never escape the alarm-anxiety cycle.
