Eva leaned into her role as a producer to make a groundbreaking shift in the episodic world by hiring women to direct a majority of the series’ episodes. She then went a step further and hired all women for the director of photography and assistant director positions – departments which are notoriously male dominated.    Eva is talking the talk and walking the walk...in heels.
