How to plan your goals for 2022

If you haven’t planned out your business goals for 2022 yet, don’t sweat it. You still have time! In this episode, Ro shares how you can plan your year by looking at your business in two ways: a 12 month snap shot and then a quarter by quarter basis.  When you take a look at your business from a 12 month standpoint you can see all of the holidays and important dates you’ll be out of the office. When you know which dates you’ll be out of the office; you can then plan any promotions you’ll be running for your business.  Once you’re done with your 12 month snapshot switch to your quarterly view. When you take a look at your business on a quarterly basis, you’ll be able to detail the specific actions needed to achieve your business goals you have set out for each month. Tip: Make sure both of your calendars are in a place where you can see them everyday!
