Toxic Time Management

What can you do with four more hours in your work week? What if I were to tell you that you can get more done NOW without having to add more hours? That you can step closer to "work-life balance" and not working on weekends? It all has to do with HOW you manage your current time - not the amount of time you have. After coaching many aid worker supervisors, I can tell you there are certain behaviors and mindsets that keep leaders from being more efficient with their time. Today I share what I am calling "Toxic Time Management" - four trends that are very common in the aid world, and that lead you to feeling overworked, and under productive.   And then I will share how you can overcome them.  Starting today. Doors are open until Thursday, September 1st to enroll in my digital coaching course!  Use coaching to empower your team to become more proactive and higher performing.  Visit this link to find out more.
