Australian probiotic breakthrough targets cattle emissions

Australian scientists at QUT's Translational Research Institute in Brisbane are developing a probiotic for cattle that targets microbes in the animals' stomachs. The innovation aims to reduce bovine methane emissions while simultaneously increasing beef production by improving digestion and nutrient absorption.
