The eclipse is happening and everything has been giving Sonia C. epilepsy moods. This is the perfect time to take stock of what’s important. It’s always around these times where it feels right to just check in and see what’s working for you. Sonia T. has been having a bit of an uprooted week lately as well and she was finally able to get in touch with her grounding exercises to feel more centered and at peace with life’s fast-paced attitude.    This week’s theme is about: Do not take those around you for granted.    Highlights: Sonia C. is loving the Wim Hof breathing method that Sonia T. introduced her to, but she’s not ready for cold showers. [3:15] Sonia C. believes in her past life she died in the atlantic and is just allergic to the cold water! [3:40] Sonia C. had someone in the family pass away recently. Grief is in the air. [4:55] How did Buddy’s passing impact Sonia T.? [6:00]  This man was a stable force in the family. He was able to handle the empathic types in the family with such grace. [9:05]  So many empaths write in asking for advice on what to do when they’re partner is not embedded in this world like they are. Buddy wasn’t an empath, but he had a grounding presence. You don’t always need another empath to keep you grounded. [10:50]  Living in the moment can be one of the hardest things you can do for your spirit. [15:35]  What were the beautiful gifts that were given to you by some of your family members and ancestors? [21:35] Death is just a gateway to the spirit world. [25:25]  Do you have a steady Eddie in your life that you’ve taken for granted? [31:00] Sonia C. never feels alone because she’s connect to those in the afterlife. [35:25] Tool of the week. [36:30] Question of the week. [40:00]    Death and grief can strike at any time and that’s when so many of us take a pause, but really the biggest lesson here is it’s important to let the people around you know how meaningful and great they are to you while they’re still alive to hear it and appreciate it. Sonia C. knew Buddy for over 50 years and realizes the great grounding presence the man had for the empaths in her family. He was able to artfully hold space for them without shaming them for being ‘different’ or ‘too sensitive’. As Sonia T. says, he was able to let them play.    Sonia C. talked to a woman in grief today. Her husband had passed away and she was trying to find a new identity now that he is gone. She spent her whole life devoted to him, and now she’s not sure what’s next. She feels selfish to enjoy life ‘alone’. She feels selfish to just go on adventures without being in service to someone else. The ability to enjoy life alone or temporarily do your own thing alone is a spiritual quality we can all benefit from. This is one of the ways you find your intuitive self!    Question of the Week: What are some of the challenges you faced growing up in a psychic family?   Tool of the Week: Send your loved ones a message.    Continue on Your Journey: More Sonia Choquette at www.soniachoquette.com More Sonia Tully at www.soniatully.com Connect with Sabrina at www.sabrinatully.com Join Sonia Choquette’s Vibe Tribe Follow Sonia Choquette on Instagram Follow Sonia Tully on Instagram Buy Sonia and Sabrina’s Book You Are Amazing Ask your intuitive questions at: [email protected] Masterclass: You’re Glorious Life by Sonia Tully Heart-Centered Intuition Workshop with Infinity Foundation The Wim Hof Method: Activate Your Full Human Potential by Wim Hof
