In November 2018, Airbnb announced a change in policy and delisted all properties listed in Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria.  It was clear to many that the battle against this discriminatory policy had the power to determine, for better or worse, the future conduct of commercial companies in regard to this highly politicized issue. Adv. David Abrams decided to take on this fight from a very original and creative angle, together with the International Legal Forum and won.
