This week farmers and food producers were invited to Downing Street to discuss the whole food chain; from the high costs farmers are facing to produce food, to the shortage of labour for harvesting and processing, and from trade to supply chain transparency. We speak to the Prime Minister, Rishi Sunak, about his commitments to British food. Was it a photo op or a serious meeting?
