The Berne Podcast with Dr. Sam Berne - Ein Podcast von Dr. Sam Berne - Holistic Eye Health

This is the introduction I gave for my latest Neuroplasticity class where we explored how the brain, eyes, and body can all work together to improve our eye and overall health. Take a listen to the introduction and keep an eye out for more sneak peeks into the class coming soon. Enjoy the show. If you want more, sign up for my newsletter at: www.drsamberne.com. SUMMARY KEYWORDSneuroplasticity, soften, vascular, cataract, trauma, oxygenation, angle glaucoma, development, self-regulation, glaucoma, fluid, narrow, point, develop, eyes, impediment, called Hello, everyone, it’s Dr. Sam, I’d like to welcome you to my EyeClarity podcast. This is a show that offers cutting-edge information on how to improve your vision and overall wellness through holistic methods. I so appreciate you spending part of your day with me. If you have questions, you can send them to [email protected]. Now to the latest EyeClarity episode. Can I recommend any specific resources for the step-by-step embryological development of the eyes? Well, in Wikipedia, there is a great description of how the developing embryo goes through its process with the AI brain connection. And it starts very, very early. If you Google, say eye development or visual development, that Wikipedia page will come up. And that's kind of a good overview of what goes on in the embryological cellular transformation. Now, another question is, if appropriate, can you just address something called narrow-angle glaucoma with and without surgery? So, one of my students develop a condition called narrow-angle glaucoma. And this is a vascular problem, a vascular problem in the eyes. There are many different types of glaucoma One type is called open-angle, where there's just an issue with either not creating enough fluid inside the eye, or there's an impediment in the circulation. Now narrow-angle glaucoma, it's usually the second piece where there's an impediment in the flow of the fluid due to an anatomical defect. That's why they call it narrow-angle. So the key point here is that how can you boost your vascular health your circulation, your oxygenation, and when you do that, you begin to neutralize the actual physical impediment. So it's still there, but it moves into the background. And because you're an expert at neuroplasticity, self-regulation, balancing your nervous system, increasing your lymphatic health, reducing inflammation and oxidative stress, that the condition isn't overpowering, or influencing you to the point where you need to get surgery. And it's a process for sure, for you developing deeper access to the medicine inside of you. That helps you learn to balance out any physical defects going on. Because if you can develop better self-regulation, and you can develop better oxygenation efficiency, then any of these vascular conditions tend to move in the background. Okay. I'm not going to go too much into things like MSM and all that today. But if you want to improve cataracts, there's a lot more that you need to do besides MSM drops. And what I will do in the handout is I'll send you my cataract protocol, which lists about 20 different things that you need to do. I'm not going to take the time in this class to go into that because this is not the cataract class. This is the neuroplasticity class. And so basically, you'll be able to get all the supplements and nutrients and things like that. So let's go back to move on. Okay, so this 25-year-old timeline that the neuroplasticity landscape changes. There are some things that we as adults need to do to access the parameters, you know, and one of the great neuroplasticity gurus was a guy named Moshe Feldenkrais. I don't know if you've ever heard of the Feldenkrais Method. If you haven't, I would Google it.
