Jesus didn’t say that God is the Lord of the dead—He is the God of the living! This is encouraging. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Heaven is a place full of life! When we keep this in mind, we can shift our focus from physical possessions to heavenly life. We should tell others about our living God so they can have eternal life too!
